Privacy policy

The short version: we only collect what we need to make and deliver your order, we don’t sell or share it, and we don’t run advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, phone, delivery address and what you bought — so we can print it, post it and send you order updates.
• When you send a custom request or message: the details and any file you attach, so we can reply and quote.
• Payments: handled by Stripe or PayPal on their secure systems. We never see or store your card number.
• Cookies: only the essential ones that keep your cart working. No advertising or social-media trackers.

Kids & parents

Radd 3D Prints is run by kids — with a grown-up looking after the shop, payments and your data. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place orders and contact us for you. We never knowingly collect personal information from children without a parent involved.

Your choices

Want to see, fix or delete what we hold about you? Email dalebliss@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out. This policy is written under the Australian Privacy Principles.
