Shipping & returns
Flat-rate tracked post, free over the threshold, or pick it up locally.
Shipping (Australia)
- Standard post (tracked): $9.95 flat rate, Australia-wide.
- Free shipping on orders over $75.
- Local pickup in Brisbane — free. We’ll email you when it’s ready and arrange a time.
Every print is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for printing before it ships. Bigger or custom orders can take a little longer — we’ll keep you posted.
Returns
If something arrives broken or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll reprint or refund it — no drama. Because prints are made to order (and personalised ones are one-of-a-kind), we can’t take change-of-mind returns, but if something’s not right, talk to us.
